Yanna Darilis is Naturopathic Doctor and Integrative Nutritionist and completed her doctorate in alternative medicine with her dissertation on “The Biological Benefits of Digestive Enzymes”. She is also a certified personal trainer, Integrative Nutritionist and Lifestyle Medicine Coach, specializing in plant-based diets, anti-aging, performance and corrective nutrition. Her undergraduate and post graduate degrees also include; Bachelor of Science in Physical Education & Health, Bachelor of Science in Film & Television, and a Master of Science. Yanna was born and raised in New York, and hails from Greek descent. She enjoyed a career as an on -camera talent, lifestyle and fitness TV Host for over two decades, working on the most popular morning shows, as a well as the first English language news and morning show “Proinos Cafes” for Antenna TV, Co-host of the Morning Show Star Café on Star Channel and Hellenic Broadcast’s ERT World. Yanna was the IOC’s Master of Ceremonies for the 2004 Olympic Games opening and closing ceremonies, along with directing and voice talent in stadium venues.
